With years of experience in real estate, investing, business development, and team leadership, Matt has built his career around one simple belief: success isn’t just about how many homes you sell. It’s about the opportunities you create, the people you impact, and the business you build along the way.
Throughout his career, Matt has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and agents navigate an ever-changing market. His experience goes far beyond traditional residential real estate, extending into fix-and-flips, off-market acquisitions, creative financing, wholesale transactions, and investment strategies that many agents never have the opportunity to learn.

As Co-Founder of The Infinite Collective, alongside business partner Marshal Nathe, Matt is building a real estate organization designed to challenge the traditional team model. With operations expanding across multiple states, their vision is to create an environment where agents have access to leadership, training, systems, investment opportunities, and multiple ways to generate income.
Outside of real estate, Matt is a husband, father of three, outdoorsman, and someone who places tremendous value on faith, family, relationships, and personal growth. Those principles carry directly into how he approaches business and leadership.
